BREAKING: Company set up by Trump lawyer drops plans for $20 million lawsuit against Stormy Daniels.

But what’s the catch:
This would "moot" the controversy, essentially giving Stormy Daniels the relief she is seeking. That means she would be free to tell and sell her story. But it also means the parties (including Trump) won't be deposed, since the case is over. https://t.co/h9kqCykpe7

Ahhhh. and that, moreover the fact that it means attention-seeker Michael Avenatti will be derived from being the center of attention which means he rejects it outright:
Michael Avenatti, Daniels’ lawyer, said in an interview on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” that he received news of the filing just before going on air.
“I haven’t had a chance to digest it, I just saw it on my email literally right before I came on,” Avenatti said.
“What they’re trying to do is they don’t want me to get a chance to depose Michael Cohen and Donald Trump,” he added.
“This is a Hail Mary to try and avoid that, that’s my first guess.”
He’s got a presidential run to consider, after all, I guess?
Let me be clear – my client and I will never settle the cases absent full disclosure and accountability. We are committed to the truth. And we are committed to delivering it to the American people. #Basta

But is Cohen really working at the behest of the prez, or is he just giving in because, well, he plead guilty? LOL! Who knows. But we might find out soon if Avenatti gets what he wants, and el Trumpo has to subject himself to questioning from the bald spotlight-grabbing porn-avenger!!
