Oopsie. It looks like one of the punditettes over at CNN, Kirsten Powers formerly of Fox News, put her foot in it when she said that white women who voted for Donald Trump were racist. Not only are we (yes, this writer falls into that category) racist, but we benefit from a white patriarchal society, too.
After CNN host Kirsten Powers recently suggested that women who voted for President Trump are inherently “racist,” her remarks quickly went viral, and conservatives flocked to the internet to respond.
“I just want to say that doesn’t make you not racist,” Powers said of voters who supported Trump due to their dislike of Hillary Clinton. “It actually makes you racist. If you support somebody who does racist things, that makes you racist. I just want to establish that.”
The CNN host also stated her belief that “the white patriarchal system actually benefits white women in a lot of the ways,” and suggested “they are also benefiting” from what she described to be an inherently racist system.
Well, words like that are like ringing a boxing match bell. Take a guess what happened next.

Same! 👍🏻. He’s still not tops on my personality list, but I’m not whining about the positive changes to the country in the last two years.

Yeah, it looks like leftist attacks like this on President Trump are backfiring if the white women who don’t even like the man are now defending his supporters when ridiculous charges are made by talking heads at the various networks.
The truth of the matter is that Americans are far less racist than the mainstream media and their handlers would have the world believe. For the most part, we see any sort of prejudice as being a waste of time and energy. President Trump has always been open to minorities and has made their welfare and well being a part of his message. We white women who voted for him get that.
How on earth does that make us racist?
