For two straight nights, the tag team contingent of the National Broadcasting Company (NBC) has been bringing to televisions across the fruited plain the three-ring circus known as the Democrat Presidential Hopeful Debates.
Okay, it’s more like a food fight as all them try to get a word in edgewise, but the main point of the exercise is for the two dozen or so people vying for the top slot on the ticket to get the main points of their messages before the voters in soundbite form.
The moderators took turns asking the professional politicians about their perspectives, and when it comes to illegal squatters in the nation, the group is more than willing to include them in one of the most expensive moves the federal government ever made.
All of the candidates — including former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Kamala Harris and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg — raised their hands when asked by an NBC moderator if they would support a health care plan that would cover undocumented immigrants.
The moderator appears to be ignorant of the reality that the squatters are illegal aliens. Words really do mean something in this case.
That answer caught the attention of the main man in the White House who is in Japan for the G20 meetings.
“All Democrats just raised their hands for giving millions of illegal aliens unlimited healthcare,” Trump wrote on Twitter from Japan, where he is to attend the G20 Summit.
“How about taking care of American Citizens first!? That’s the end of that race!”
No kidding that’s the end of the race. ObamaCare, the “Affordable Care Act,” is not affordable for Americans let alone including all of the illegals. And then there is the reality that these squatters are bringing all sorts of diseases our system is not equipped to handle with them, and what we are looking at is an expensive mess.
President Trump is right. If the Democrats keep pushing this agenda, the race will be over before it begins regardless of how high tech seeks to rig the information dissemination tools.
