There was an explosion at a UPS facility in Kentucky that has put two people in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The explosion does not appear to be terrorism-related but was the result of two welding tanks that exploded blowing a huge hole in the roof above. Fortunately, no one was in the path of the force that blew the hole in the roof.
The explosion is being investigated as a matter of routine, but there does not seem to be any sort of nefarious acts involved. Accidents happen.
This particular UPS facility is where maintenance is performed on their freighters, so that would explain the large welding tanks and essentially rules out that it could have been a packing being shipped.
Out at UPS Freight on Blue Sky Parkway. Around 20 emergency crews have responded to an explosion. Looks like it happened at the rear of the business. pic.twitter.com/T1pIPKR6gX
