Facebook disabled some 800 Conservative Facebook pages on October 11, 2018, many veteran-owned like this one, that will leave hundreds of writers without an income if we are unable to get our websites circulated. I ask that you not only support The Trump News-Gazette but any other conservative websites you may enjoy reading. We must not allow Facebook to silence us and censor the information people receive… I believe Americans are capable of discerning and choosing what they want to read on their own! Thank you!

If ever there was a case in point why the Trump Administration needed the Senate to be able to appoint judges to back them up and not shiv following installation, Friday’s order from one of Trump’s choices on the bench to give CNN’s Jim Acosta his hard press pass back is it.
In an unbelievable ruling, a U.S. District Court judge stuck it to the president and his team.
U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly, citing the Under Sherrill precedent, said the White House did not provide Acosta “due process” in revoking the pass. Kelly, a Trump appointee, stated the fact that CNN has other pass holders does not reduce the level of “harm” towards the network’s White House correspondent. The judge also remarked on Acosta “laying hands” on a White House intern, calling the characterization “likely untrue.”
Due process? Is the judge out of his mind? This is not a legal proceeding, it’s the issuance of a license of sorts that has to be approved on grounds of good behavior, among other criteria. And the “laying hands” was caught on video.
Really, talk about a mockery of justice. The stress levels involved and considered should include those of the White House Press Secretary who has to deal with the obnoxiousness of the White House Press Corps, and the American people who cringe every time Acosta, Andrea Mitchell and any number of the rest of them embarrass us with barnyard manners on the world stage.
As for the brat who got his way:
“I just want to say something very briefly and that is I want to thank all of my colleagues in the press who supported us this week and I want to thank the judge for the decision he made today. Let’s get back to work,” Acosta said as he exited the courthouse.
Yes, well, many of us everyday Americans are opting to tune out thanks to this sort of behavior. Frankly, it makes life a lot less stressful.
