The UN is Trying To Pull A Fast One On Nikki Haley With Climate Change BIG MISTAKE

The United Nations has been too quiet of late, just like children who are up to something.

Guess what. They are up to something. Now that the United States has pulled out of the Paris Accord and the Iran deal, both barely disguised attempts at a wholesale transfer of American money to overseas coffers, the non-governmental body that has no military or authority, actually, thinks that they can make up laws that the USA will have to follow.

The United Nations will likely vote on a proposal Thursday that would streamline international environmental law and codify it under one “legally binding” document enforceable over all nations, Fox News reported.

French President Emmanuel Macron is sponsoring the initiative.

Of course, the little snot-nosed Frog is.

What did our relatively fearless UN Ambassador tell the rest of the world about their idea that any “international law” regarding the environment could possibly be binding to the nation that hosts it on one of the most valuable plots of real estate in the world?

“When international bodies attempt to force America into vague environmental commitments, it’s a sure sign that American citizens and businesses will get stuck paying a large bill without getting large benefits,” Haley told Fox News in a statement. “The proposed global compact is not in our interests, and we oppose it.”

The high brass at the UN tried to use guilt to persuade the Trump Administration, and the Senate, actually.

“It is about our duty of care to provide an environment that supports the health, well-being, dignity and prosperity of everyone on this planet,” Guterres said. “Let us support this worthy initiative.”

The Global Pact for the Environment would be a first-of-its-kind treaty designed to form a coordinated resistance to climate change by universalizing environmental laws that are widely variate from country to country. The U.N. would enforce those laws.

And thus undermine the national sovereignty of all nations, something the U.S. is reclaiming on a regular basis. And to top it off, most of the data that even talks about the environment is incomplete. Trying to control it with a treaty is insane.

When are these numbskulls going to learn that the United States taxpayers are not their piggy banks? We aren’t even the world’s worst polluting nation by a lot. Why not bring those countries into the equation rather than bilking Uncle Sam.

  1. Can’t we reach the reality that we need to get out of the UN and send them all packing? The League of Nations failed, and the United Nations is Failing even worse, and it needs to be scraped and replaced by something that can work and be paid for by all the Nation Members.
